New member here, not sure if I posted this in the correct forum. I am in need of some assistance with my electrical system...long story short.turn indicators activate the hazard lights, pressing the break pedal activates the courtesy chime an turns on the dash lights, the rear view mirror lights stay on and will not go off. Break lights barely get brighter when pedal is pressed. All running light work and the hazards work. back up lights work Have no clue where to even start. Thanks in advance for your assistance!

 

what year and model? now that's some weird stuff there. failing body control module can do some strange stuff but have not seen it do this. download the factory service manual.

hate to be stupid but hat does the BCM do and where in the car is it located?

 

95 does not have one. have you done any work on the lights? backwards bulbs can do strange stuff.

 

also check grounds and look under dash in the steering column area for any wires that look bad. you will have to remove cover.

ok, yup, messed with the rear to try and get them to work. What do you mean backward bulb. I have a 1141 bulbs in it now.

 

what do you mean backwards bub. H have all 1141 bulbs in the rear. shbox is great
