Anyway there's plenty of good supercharges out there why bother with a pos electric one

The first thing I thought of when u saw this thread title was those cheap $40 eBay electric superchargers that you can gain 100+hp on....even if you have a minivan

im sure that if you plugged one in to a nuclear reactor you could get it spinning fast enough to generate 10-20 hp... but thats assuming that the reactor was at full power and nothing else was plugged in... lol

if we were going to use nuclear power, i would just use an electric motor, no one would be able to touch it... i mean seriously peak torque is at 0 mph, and its all acceleration after that... im going to start doing some calculations...

Exactly. Have you ever driven an electric car?
They are pretty damn awesome, I'll buy one in a few years.

i have driven 2. Im wanting to build my own. i want it to be something outrageous. like a 1940 chevy 2 dr chop top. with an electric motor... lol

I drove the Nissan Leaf a while back and loved it, it's pretty fast
