Driver side window problem! Need expert advice!

gona have to take the cover off an have a look. if you replaced only the motor then one of the screws/bolts could have backed out and is jamming the regulator also could be new motor is bad, maybe one of the runners is worn or jamming up or could be the regulator needs replaced.
