Default Door trim fix

Hey guys. Any one know how to keep the black trim along the window to stay in its place? Mine has been out for awhile and it looks god awful. I would like to get them back into place. Ive managed to wiggle it back into place but after I shut the door or roll a window up it just pops back out. Ive got the day off tomorrow and plan on fixing this. I dont know for sure, but I think I have to take the door panels off for this. Heres a picture of my current situation.

All help is appreciated.

theres is clips that hold them in most times they are broken sometimes there not and you can bend them back to let them hold a little better. you can also buy them from rockauto.com i think the outer strips are 23 dollars a piece and yes you have to take the door panel off to get to it

Planned on taking the panel off today but came down with something last night. I think I might just buy me the new strips if they are that cheap. But ya, It looks really bad.

Mine looks exactly like yours, when the strip is lifted up, you can see the marks they left on the door, because there is no paint under where they were attached to the door.
