That type of paint fix (from the body crease up or down) is done all the time with success. That hard shadowy line you have creates a natural breaking point so your eye can't easily follow color continuity from one half to the other.

I know lol. That's why I wanna paint the bottom half of the car. While I'm at it I might repaint my front bumper since it's trashed.

You know, the more I think about it....seeing how you drive, you might be better off fastening diamond plate to the lower doors.

Hey now, you've never seen how I drive. I drift my car around corners haha. I love kicking the rear end out from under the car And the front bumper is trashed because it's sun faded. It's bad... Check it! Oh and don't mind the hood. It's patched lol

Hey, now would be a good time to put on those adhesive vinyl flames you always wanted.
That would cover up the divot, with a little body filler first.

YUCK!!! I hate vinyl with a passion. I would never dis the name "Camaro" by putting that crap on my car. Now if it were a Honda, sure why not? lol

No see the goal for my car when I first bought it was for it to look like this:

Well I took my car to a few body shops today. Turns out that it DID go all the way through the door. Just my luck... So I got three quotes on getting it fully repaired, and painted. One shop said $600. Another said $500. The last shop quoted me $550-600... Not as bad as I thought. Now I just gotta save up the money to get it fixed.

I would just eat the money on the shipping and ahang a door rather than try to do the patch work.. its not worth the headache or the time on the door..
