Default Door Panels

I'm going to be putting in some new speakers for my car. I know how to put the speakers in the back in but I don't know how to take the door panels off to get to the speakers in the front. Does anyone know step by step how to get the door panels off to get to those speakers? Thanks.

I just took mine off the other day to fix a window! On my 96 I had to take out the screw behind the door handle and then pop the door lock slider off. Then I removed the 2 screws by the handle and the one under the handle. Then I popped out the window switch and removed the clips and grabbed the handle and pulled up! Your door panel has hooks in it rather than nylon poppers. The only trouble I had was removing the plastic bezel around the door handle! I had to turn it a couple diff ways before i FIGURED IT OUT

Its really easy, i kinda figured it out cause I've had to fix my bose speakers a few times. I find an article online about it, if i find it again I'll send it to you. I'd just tell you, but its hard to explain without pictures. And im at school, so no pics.

I just reinstalled the panelafter having replaced the window motor on my '95. Like the other posts say, it's pretty straightforward, but make sure you lift up before tilting the panel out. The plastic hooks can break, especially in the cold weather. If that happens, that part of the panel will never resecure right. Also, watch out for the little interior light wire. It stays connected after you unplug the wiring block for the mirrors, door locks, and and windows. When you pull the door panel off, the wiring can be stressed and rip from the bulb socket.
