dealer or aftermarket struts?

Default dealer or aftermarket struts?

buddy of mine is telling me to go dealer, priced it and its about 840/4 as far as handling and lifespan are these better than the aftermarket? (koni, kyb)

No. Go buy KYB or Bilsteins. They ride better than stock and cost much less. Or go with Koni which are better than both but will cost you more pennies.

since the kyb n others stiffer, would it cause the car to hopp off the road more, since im in the city with tons and tons of pot holes? or more reason to buy aftermarket if it`ll kill GM shocks

i went with koni adjustables and am very happy with the ride and even more happy with the handling. like night and day compared to stock dealer shocks and struts. i called sam at strano performace parts and he set me up, im glad i did.

i got a set of KYB AGX adjustables about a year ago, $500 on ebay, think summit racing or strano will so you a set for about $400 now, also strano does packages with spings and konis too, but at more expense.

how the rebuild going then??
