My dash lights wont turn on when I turn my headlights on. the only lights that work are the warning lights and turn signals. the odometer dims when I turn on headlights. I replaced the lights with leds so I know it isn't the bulb, also the wheel that dims the lights doesn't change anything but it does turn on the rearview mirror lights when turned all the way up. the fuses all look good too. If anybody has any ideas about what it could be it would be appreciated.

 

need to get a volt meter and see if your getting power out of the dial switch to the wire to the dash lights.
