Default Cruise control Issue

So my cruise control has been acting funny lately. There are times it will work and then there are times it will not work at all. Then it will kick on and off. My switch for windshield wipers only work on high, no park. Do you think its the switch or the actual cruise control system? I have a 95 Camaro with a 3.4L manual

sure sounds like the switch/lever is goin bad to me. my first 93 did the cruse control thing and it just got worse till it wouldnt work at all. wipers may be a separate issue. the circuit board can go in them and they do strange stuff like not park or or sorta park but not go all the way down or park in the up position.

very easy grab it good and tight and pull it out. then unplug the wire harness. install,,, plug wire in,,, push lever in till it clicks.

correction, uplug wire first then pull lever out. dont want to jerk on that wire and damage anything inside there..
