Cracked Rim = Bounce/vibration???
We just brought the maro into get the tires balanced and they found a crack in on of my rims could this be what is causing the car to vibrate? if the car is moving fast enough when my lil sis in sitting in the passenger seat she makes the sound like what little kids do when they ride down a bumpy road could this be caused by the cracked rim?
anyone know where i can find just one 16" Eagle Alloy Series 077 rim i cant find them anywhere and they are discontinued which is making the search harder

Just a cracked rim causing it? Probably not. What would be giving you the vibration is what cracked the wheel in the first place. It was probably curbed hard which could have tweaked the whole wheel, or the axle.
ok will there was major vibration in the car before i replaced the drive shaft to a one piece the bearing in the two piece wasn't even round anymore and the guy at the wheel place spun the rim and it had a bounce to it on the machine they use to balance tires so im just hoping that this is what is causing it
