Default Corvette C5 rims on a 4th gen?

Hi. I have come over a set of C5 wheels for a extremely good price.
2 17'' rims with 255/40/ZR17 tyres and 2 18'' rims with 285/35/ZR18 tyres.

I think that these wheels would look perfect on my red Camaro, but I´m not shure if they will fit? I kow that the ET is lower on the Corvettes but will it be a problem to put them on the Camaro?
If it will be a problem, will it work if I get some spacers? If so, how thick spacers will I need then?

These are the rims.

They will work. I'm just thinking you need spacers to compensate for the offset on them. I know someone who runs non-repro C5 thin spokes on his '98 WS6 and I believe he had to add them.

Since they're already mounted on the wheels, couldn't you just put one on and see?

I dont own the rims yet, the pic is taken from the add. And the seller lives about 300 kilometers from me. Wanted to know first if they will fit so I don´t buy them and then realise that they wont work

They will fit for sure... Only one set back: you may need to get some spacers for the rear wheels. Other than that, YES they will fit.

Okey How thick spacers do I need to get then? And I will not need to get spacers in the front? Is there no risk that they will be any problem when I'm turning?

It's the rears you need to worry about for sure because the wheels are 10" wide instead of 8". You might need them on the front too... I'm not sure on how big of spacers you would need. Someone who's done this before will chime in when they see the thread. Good Luck!

Night, do you have a Z28 or SS? I thought the rear tires on the Z28's and SS's were 17x9? At least, I am pretty sure my Trans Am's tires are 17x9

I'm running 9 1/2 inch vette wheels on the back of my 95 with no spacers

^That's good to know. I've always been told that you needed spacers.
