Default Correct Emblem Location for a '95 Z28

I just bought a 95 z28. I came with no emblems except the front bumper. I assume this car should have three z28 emblems, one on each fender, and one on the rear, (with the one on the rear also having a Chevy symbol).

Is that correct???

The car is black ....should the the emblems be black or some other color? I bought a rear emblem from the dealer, and it came in black with a red Chevy symbol. Again, is this correct?

Does someone have information on the precise placement of these emblems?

Thanks

Just look at pics on here, or ebay, of some of the cars, you'll see where the emblems go. I personally prefer emblems that contrast with the car's color, but some prefer the black-out approach of having the same color as the car. It's all personal preference really.

You are sure you have a Z28 and not a transplant from a V6 car? Was the car repainted? Otherwise, I wonder why someone would want to take the emblems off?

Certainly, at least parts of the car were repainted. But I have no reason to suspect it's not a Z28.

Did the factory manual have measurements for the emblem location?
