Just picked up a 96 Z28 LT1 a month or so ago in trade & am enjoying the !@*$ out of it. It's in great shape overall. So far, I had to flush coolant, install water pump, replace coolant overflow tank & change oil. This is way more difficult to work on than any pre-LT1 SBC LOL!!! I want to convert my cloth seats to leather & have a lead on some, but they r power. My Camaro is the most non optioned car imaginable! Does anyone know if they came from the factory w/ wiring/connector for power seats or not. If not it still should be easy to convert. I have not lifted carpet yet. Any advice would be appreciated. I currently own an 84 Z28 as well & my past experiences w/fun & fast cars have been a 73 Chevelle Laguna & 78 TA, 71 & 72 Rivi.Thanks in advance for any help......

 

I am pretty sure the wires are all there. We had one member that reported that even in the V6 they are there.

yes all 4th gens are pre wired for pretty much everything.
