Does anyone know offhand if the center console from a 97 Camaro will fit in a 95. My wife and I use our 95 vert as a touring car and the single cup holder is a real pain in the ***. The 97 console has two extra built into the rear end of it and that would be a welcome addition. Thanks!

 

As long as you get the right plate for the shifter Im fairly sure it would, they didnt change that much over the years. If youd like I can take pics of my 00' console and show you where the mounting points are.

 

Sorry it took so long to reply...this site wouldn't allow me to post yesterday for some reason. I've decided that swapping the console would be too much trouble, but I did find a dual cup holder that I was able to modify and install alongside the console that works pretty good. Thanks!

 

I have been wondering the same. on the 93-96 who needs the stupid cd holder...give me cup holders, anybody else done this?
