other than you coulg be cruising in 6th gear and accidentally put your car in reverse when you go to downshift
or be going to third gear from 4th and accidentasly put your car back in 1st gear
when you eliminate CAGS for some reason it also gets rid of the gear locks...
up to you, but thats why i havent done it myself, doesnt really bother me
