Default Clutches, spec or ram?

I have had people tell me to stay away from SPEC clutches but im starting to feel like i really need to get a new one. Spec clutchess seem to be rated higher than rams though.

Im currently running the basic ls1 clutch which apparently is complete garbage. with spray im looking for around 500rwhp so i was leaning toward the SPEC 3+ or the ram powergrip HD

any suggestions?

I didn't have that much luck with my Spec on my GT. Didn't last long after installed. Perhaps it was just a fluke.
