Carbon buildup in vacuum line?

Oh yeah, 100 percent positive its oil in the coolant. I noticed a drop in oil, and the radiator has brown goopy stuff all in it. I'm definitely going to fix the LIM gasket and most likely head gaskets too while I'm down there, and most likely fix the EVAP system in time. Its just getting up the money for parts. I have all nessicary tools for the job considering I did the exact job (head gaskets and LIM gaskets) on my 93 lumina 3.1 a little before I sold it.

the orange antifreeze will turn brown and get gunky if its old. like 4+ years
