car shakes when i apply the brakes

No, he said he has 4 wheel disc. I think he means the e-brake pads that sit inside the rotors, but I didn't know 98-02 camaros had that. I thought they are like the older style rears, where the caliper pads also act as e-brake.

ya thats what i thought at first but im kinda right they are drum ebrakes just youtube adjusting drum brakes its the samething just smaller

Yeah exactly. If it is JUST like a normal drum brake setup behind the rotor, all you have to do is turn the little gear wheel that either expand the shoes or become smaller, but if you go smaller, you then have to push the shoes against it and line the shoes up right so the rotor slides back on good.

so i figured out that its not the star wheel, its that the ebrake is stretched to much. so i i have to get a new ebrake cable

As you`re taking off wheels, pack as much grease as possible in those pin holes so the pads wear properly
