YES!!!! that's means you're doing something right. [sm=smiley20.gif]

I say if you're not scaring women, children, little old ladies and clergy, there's room for improvement! Well done! [sm=icon_rofl.gif]

UPDATE------- [/john walsh]

so I uploaded v1.0 of my tune today. basically just adjusted the VE tables according to their %error from the wideband readings. stilla couple areas that need some work in the map, but overall much better. most of the map is within 4% of commanded afr. only problems are it sits a little too lean in some mid range areas, and its still richer than i would like down low.

anyways, the car runs much better. even better than it did before. my powerband moved back down to a more reasonalbe range. gained alot of low end torque back, and some passing power in the mid range.

yeah, drivability is alot better now. i still need to figure out how to keep it from dying at idle.... it doent like going in reverse...... but otherwise its awesome.

from the tune? not so much. it feels like it has more torque down low than it did, and it feels like the powerband has widened some. peak power probably went up just because the added fuel made a more ideal mixture AND squelched the knock that i was having (it all went away btw) but i can neither confirm nor deny such allegations until a dyno report has been done.

another slight update: I am currently bidding on some of the borla adjustment plates for my catback. its just obnoxiously loud at certain driving RPM. now, i love what it sounds like when i romp on it, but just driving around, like 3krpm or so giving it a little gas makes this god awefull BLAAAAAAAP sound. if u guys know about this catback, the pass side is completely open, no muffler, but you use plates to control sound. its wide open right now, a smaller plate will help some with this crazy go nuts sound im getting. also, i may get a little more backpressure and therefore drivability will increase a little bit.... probably not noticable though. ill keep everyone updated.

if anyone knows where i can get these plates if the auction goes south let me know. borla doesnt have online shopping on their site.... or its very limited.
