Bumper mount bent

Default Bumper mount bent

How would I go about unbending it?ill put up pics later, it's realativly thin metal

Pliers...

If it's not on the exterior of the car what does it matter how it looks when you bend it back, as long as it's in the right position and not weakened. Post up some pics of exactly how bent we're talking here...

Honestly with that amount of damage you may want to consider replacing your bumper beam. Even though that's only to support the side of the bumper it may be hard to get it back into the correct shape. Get some channel locks, a hammer and a block of wood and see if you can reshape it, otherwise you may have to prepare to buy a new one.

hmm it would be really hard to reshape it while still on the car, and if u r gonna take it off just go find a junk yard replacement. it will save u alot of frustration and wasted time.

I cannot seem to see your photos from this thread. I have the same issue. Bent bumper mount. Take a look and tell me if it is the same place. If so how did you fix it?
