Yep, it will be synthetic in the morning...Synth 75W90 was on sale for almost the same as dino oil...

Extraction went ok, not awesome, but ok. I had to re-tap the hole again, but it should hold oil when I'm done.

Got my new diff cover from the dealer, raw steel. No paint, nothin'.

It's primed and had 2 coats of paint, waiting to clear it and then good to go for re-assembly.

It's going to be the prettiest thing under the car for sure at the moment!

Like I said, prettiest thing under the car right now.

I'm going to let the silicone setup overnight then re-fill it tomorrow.

I'm doing the tranny filter tomorrow, hopefully none of those bolts are as bad as these were...

80 90 wt does not smell very good anyways. once you add heat it gets worse.
