Brick yard 400

These were among the first 35th Anniversary LE's built and were shipped to the track in Indianapolis where they were decaled and numbered. After the race most were distributed through the dealer system.

Yes, the car is a 2002, but was used at the August 2001 race because the 2001 model year production was stopped early in the spring that year. These cars were built in May of 01 and were some of the first 2002 Camaros built. If you look closely at the door graphic, it shows the date of the race it was used at.

A similar situation happen when the 30th Anniversary Camaro was used in 1996.

one could put the kits on any year car ,it does not give them anymore value ,though some think so i have seen guys selling the 94 version an takeing a long time to sell them i would not mind one with Daytona 500 but another car got that not the camaro 4th gens ,an could do without the date .though it looks cooler on 2002 ,i like smaller decals, all cars have a date from the year before like my 99 says 98 my 95 say 94 on the door
