Take a looky see at post 6, where it was suggested by one of our highly respected members that it very well could be air still trapped in the system, in addition to a possible aforementioned leak.

I'm going to offer this up as a possible cause as I just went thur this very issue, I replaced everything, same issue, what fixed it was a simple adjustment of the clevis to peddle, not longer shorter, I found that the plunger was not fully pulling back because the clevis was adjusted out so far that it always kept the the master just slightly depressed. Its my belief its required to come all the way back so that it can drawn in more fluid if needed. After replacing everything I found that adjusting in 3 turns of the clevis on the thread and wam! I got strong flow out the rear brakes.

Best of luck to all.

oh, I see, so like no one has this issue ever again after the post date, I know it was old, I spent 1000 and 4 months on this, I’m pretty sure the guy that has this issue in 2050 won’t care that I posted I. 2021, as I spent weeks searching I just wanted to post my fix for the next guy, by the way what are you doing reading such an old post?

No reason to pull up old posts. Just make a new one. It should says here was the issue I had and how I fixed it. If I was researching a brake problem and I read through a thread and the original poster said after 27 posts, OK I fixed it, the brakes just need bled correctly I seriously doubt I would continue to read the posts after from people saying "I was right" just to get to your post that has good info. I would have just thought there is 2-3 minutes of my life I won't get back and flipped backed to the search. Now a post that has straight forward info and a few "thanks that helped me" is what you want to help the future.

Keep in mind that a lot of people subscribe to threads they post in and get email notification when those posts are reopened. If everyone posts in post that are 5 to 15 years old then the site is basically sending out useless spam .
