Default Borla exhaust

I'm looking at a borla exhaust and a k&n ca intake, i'm optingt not to install headers at this time and going to wait till winter,at least that is what i'm planning to do. I'm curious if this is a decent bolt-on with what i want to do. I also am not expecting some ridiculous hp increase but was wondering what would be expected with these mods. I would appreciate any thoughts or opinions on this modification.thanks.

mods will defo free up some ponies, the intakes and exhausts are so resrictive as standard. with the intake and filter you wanna cut out the underside of the air box where it goes over the radiator it lets more cold air flow in from the road. with regards to the exhuast one thing to remember is the sound your after. i have cat back with no mufflers, its loud but not stupid, its upto you what you want. try you tube to hear some, there are other threads on here which have links to exhust sound sites too

I would definetly put together your whole exhaust first. So you have a heading. Then buy what you can, when you can.
