I have a 94 Camaro Z28, how do I tell if I have a f body or a p body?

Right. All Firebird and Camaros were the F-Body platform until 2010 when it became the Zeta Platform. However, (right from Wikipedia, for those who are curious about P-Bodies)

General Motors used the P-body designation to refer to three different vehicle lines:

1984–1988 mid-engined Pontiac Fiero
1985–1993 front-wheel drive Isuzu compact cars
1996–2003 electric General Motors EV1

P-body cars include:

1985–1988 Chevrolet Spectrum
1989 Geo Spectrum
1990–1993 Geo Storm
1993 Asüna Sunfire
1985–1989 Isuzu Gemini
1990–1992 Isuzu Impulse
