big blocks
Hey guys I'm new to this forum. I was wandering if anybody knew if it was possiable to fit a big block into a 93 model. My friends and I just purchased one with the intentions of building a drag car. any help would be greatly appreciated!
I saw a video (I just looked for it, but I can't find it) of a 4th Gen Trans-Am that had a 572 ci supercharged big block that made 1732 rwhp. So yes, if you have enough time and money, you can do almost anything...

we definatly have the time. and the three of us work at a High performance shop for boats. donzi ciggerette racing boats etc. do's anybody know if cutting is involved? we pretty much have it stripped down and are welding a role cage right now and beefing up the frame cant wait to start building the hp
You're going to have a lot of issues fitting it in, the 350's were pretty cramped as it is. lol.
Ever think of just putting in a nice stroker? You'd be keeping the weight down too. BUILT stroker + FI >= 1000 hp. Though that would probably cost you more than a big block. lol.
What are you guys doing tranny-wise?
