Bent Oil Dipstick Tube?

Angry Bent Oil Dipstick Tube?

How hard it is to fix/replace the tube for the oil dipstick if it is bent ? Very hard to get stick in/out

Just got car back from shop and now having this problem

hey i just read the other post, glad to here you got the car back and jobs been done, hope it runs nice. BUT as for the dipstick tube being bent, if the shop did it take it back , you paid you money so it should be right!

just bend it back? ive bent mine back and forth for different positions on different setups

If it is on a V6 3.8L, all you have to do is unscrew the little screw that mounts it at the egr valve base and lift the tube up out of the engine bay. You may have to crawl under the car to align the tube with the hole it goes in.

Who would drive a camaro with a V6

Whats the point in driving a camaro or mustang without a V8

Whats next, a Corvette V6 ?
