i was offered 1500 dollars, so i took it. the engine had 230ish thousand miles (original engine), and needed a radiator to run. cosmetic damage was a hood and front bumper. the transmission was practically new with 30-40 thousand miles on it.

i thought that was a fair price, if not overpriced. the transmission was really what made him buy it.

no clue, i'm thinking he'll have it back on the road though. the entire body is in amazing condition, and that's the original paint and all. i'm sure he'll swap engines sooner or later, but the one that's in it now is just fine.

I see no resemblance whatsoever. Sorry, fail.

However, a friend of mine has argued before the same point against me, that she likes the earlier 4th gens better b/c the later 4th gen's headlights look like Chrysler 300m's headlights. That I can kind of see.

However, while I said I can kind of see it, i do not agree. My reply was always: "The Camaro's headlights don't look like the 300M's headlights, the 300M's headlights look like Camaro headlights" (bear in mind that body style of Chrysler 300M came out in 99, so therefor it is MUCH more accurate to say that they look like the Camaro's headlights, rather than vice versa)
