what they probably did was add up all the install time etc. and just charged him for that ANY parts... ud be better off buying a new camaro with almost 8000....

Guys, remember, his MOM paid $7,700 for a new motor and install, she was the one that didn't want to check around at different shops for different prices etc. Now, who else thinks we should let this thread nicely die off[8D]

i agree, it would have been interesting if they would have installed the "500hp" engine that they had been pushing my mom to buy. which was like 4 grand more expensive..

with the level ofwork youve had done and the mods you have i dont think your gonna get what KBB rates it at.

mods usually do not detract from cost. but on the same token they cannot be expected to add to it either. modded or unmodded, as long as its running strong, a car will go near its book value
