The rattle was resolved by rotating the first pipe coming off the cat S-pipe -- the pipe has a bend in it and I had it pointed the wrong way causing the rattle near the rear. Now there is NO RATTLE. If after rotating that pipe you still have a rattle, use something to gently pry the pipe away from the heat shield w/out denting or bending your exhaust...
