9 grand is way too high. even 5 grand would be pretty high for that car. I hope you get the car you want, but be aware that there are plenty of others out there for lower prices. Dont be afraid to back out at anytime.

Other than that good luck getting her for the right price.

9000 for that car may seem like a bit too much. Talk them down

So heres the latest news. Ok, so a week before i get to go buy my own car my friend puts his on the market and said he would give it to me for a REALLY nice price... Heres the story...

im looking at camaros theyve got power and a good bit of style and sound (exhaust) i found three around me that are like 3500(2 of em) and 4500(the other one).. heres their specs.

1995 Chevy Camaro Z-28 , V-8 LT1 engine, automatic trans, T-tops, A/C, cruise control,P/W, CD, new tires ; never been in accident , no dents. Only 85k-miles. Only problem is overheated motor ( works, but sounds ). Asking $3500 OBO (and.. its purple..) $3500

1993 Chevrolet Z-28 coupe. 125K miles, nice shape runs and drives excellent. Well maintained with many new parts. Alpine CD player, all power, LT-1 350 auto. $3500

and the last one, cant find the picture any more but its a White 1994 Z28 for $4500, it has like 125K on it and it recently had head work done and they were rebuilt for a blown headgasket. Im gonna go look at it tomorrow.

Now, on the other hand.. we have my friends car... its a 1995 Mustang GT, its red and has 80K on the engine, he said he would take $3700 for it. Its got one year left on the warranty and hes getting new rotors for it soon.

Now my predicament is that I dunno what to get, the power of a Z28 but pay the price for the high mileage or engine problems or get the GT for the low price and low miles but sacrafice power and possible ford problems down the road.

What are your opinions, and please try not to be too biased.

i like the 2nd, to bad it's auto. i just sold my 3.8 with 2 300 dollar subs, a 800 dollar amp, a 500 dollar head unit, a re top, new High Output alt, new starter, new tires, mint condition interior, and paint only had 2 chips in it: on on hood rite above right head lit, a pncil erase size chip, and one on spoiler(underside). it needed a new front bumper, or atleast a bra cuz of damn bug marks. i had a 1000 dollar(aint much but still) set of rims, that looked dayum good on the color blue mine was.....

for 3400.....

it had 136k miles on it, but the engine still snapped like it was brand new, no body rot, not even underneith on floor boards, perfect clutch with no play, and carpet looked brand new.

you can deffently find a nice car if you just wait, i only had mine in the paper for 2 days and it was gone!

Heres the low down on that white 94. its got 400hp... it has a racing tranny, racing tuned motherboard and chip (3500 for that+install) ported heads posi rear end and a 3inch racing exhuast with no cats and headers(but its still emissions legal) it beats z06s and 911s runs like 13s or something.. cant remember.. but im getting it, i just need 500 more bucks to make 4000.
