Default Airconditioning blows at the floor Fourth generation.

I have a 1996 Camaro that originally came with a 3.8 A4. I swapped from a 2000 Z-28 with an A4. I changed everything over, wiring, plumbing, dash, etc etc. The only problem I have is that the Airconditioning blows at the feet. The only control I have is for the feet on other settings without A/C and Defrost (towards the windshield) What do I need to look for so that the airconditioning blows out of the proper dash vents.
I think it may be a plunger, or a vacuum leak, I just don't know where to begin to look. This is the only problem I had after the swap. Please help.

Default Airconditioning

I started using it regularly, and now it works like it should, I dunno why. It must have been a lack of use issue. Thank you all for your help.
