A new drier, the rest of the hoses, vacuum pump to(evacuate the system), a few cans of refrigerant, some compressor oil, pressure gauge so not to overfill it, and good idea to lube o-rings so they don't dry out.

Most the refrigerant you buy these days has the oil already in it, read the can before you buy. Not sure about that bolt. Junk yard?

I'd actually buy the lines and have a professional install and perform the charging procedure. You will need to purchase the correct lines and dryer/accumulator to avoid contaminating the new refrigerant and new oil.
