Sounds like a bearing problem to me. Were you stressing out the engine at the time it started?
Expensive repair if done properly. Crank journal and connecting rod damage is likely. If that is the case, you might as well go ahead and rebuild the engine, or get a short block assembly.

actually no, like it basically started tuesday after i had it taken to meineke for them to change my exhaust out, i didnt think much of it , because like it would just sound like the engine vibrating and then it was yesterday that i actually heard it making the noise and getting sluggish.

putting on exhaust wont cause a spun bearing. unless the guys at the muffler shop beat the **** out of it for you. your motor is done son.

well, i was wondering if maybe it was actually a valve, and if header's were put on wrong (meaning gap between heads and headers) it could very easily crack the valve..

yeah i figured as much.. i just have no idea how it would have happened, unless whoever had it before me did it a long time ago when the car was new and just did a temp fix, but i doubt it. and i havent really done anything insane or abnormal with it lately...
