Actin like an *** after the club! Wanna cry!
Thanks for all the comments. Although I feel like an idiot for even posting this but I was just in shock when it happened and I guess I decided to vent it here since most people in the city just see this as another car on the road.
Yes, thankfully no one was hurt and nothing other then my TA and my feelings were damaged.
She's not too bad as I drove home after the accident and drove her to the shop this morning. Definitely learned some lessons Sat night.
I'm really pissed off at myself b/c I used poor judgement and acted immaturely and my poor Storm had to be damaged for me to learn.
I left the club and was just cruising everything was going fine until the last light right before jumpin on the highway(this is the poor judgement immature part). I had to turn on to the highway on ramp and got too aggressive with the gas peddle, caught up in the moment of the days events (was a good day & night b4). I lost the rear tried to save her but couldn't completely. Thus the pics and this thread.
If there is anyone that is going to judge be my guest. I'm sure you're perfect so I won't even reply to your comments and urge forum members not to either.
I know what I did was stupid & immature. I have to deal with the consequences of my actions and trust me that I am not pleased with myself. (FYI I'm very hard on myself so much so that my wife hasn't even said anything other then trying to be supportive b/c she knows I'm killing myself inside) I have a great wife
she even tried to cheer me up by saying I should get the hood I want now.
I spent Sunday in a slight depression, and reflection. Today dropped her off at the shop and now just have to work, work, work.
To everyone that this may help, respect your ride and the power it has. Use your better judgement and don't fight your own instincts and gut feeling.
Thanks for your concerns and I will let you know when Storm is back on the road.

Hey Bandit, if it makes you feel any better, I did a 360 on my four lane highway one night after my ex girlfriends' gymnastics meet cause my right foot got a little happy. To make it worse, her dad was right behind me! Haha. I blamed it on the wet roads and my two friends arguing with each other.
Hey thanks MK & auto.
MK: 360 on the highway huh? Wow glad you got out of that one cleanly.
Auto: Yes HUGE difference from the V6. Also believe it or not the V6 had bigger wheels. I actually had the 17x9 TA rims w/ 275 all around. Now on the TA I have the stock 16x8 w/ skimpy 245 not enough traction for the power IMO.
You're right it is just a car and luckily it seems to be all pretty much cosmetic so not so bad to learn a few valuable lessons.

It'll get better bro! I wrecked my Maro being stupid trying to drift and it looked almost exactly like yours. I still drive it every day and plan on fixing it when I get some money rolling. I have pics of my booboo on my thread if you want to take a gander and make yourself feel better. We all have to play in our f-bodies. But sometimes you gotta pay to play. I'm sure you'll have your birdie looking good as new in no time!
Time to get some better tires. I dunno what you're running now, but they clearly weren't up to the task. I had Fuzion ZRi on my '02, and I got BFG G-Force Super Sports on my IROC. Both were really good, although the Fuzions weren't that great in rain.

I remember when you had the accident drifting thought I chimed in maybe not; I felt bad for you then b/c you've invested a lot into yours. I appreciate the gesture but would not feel better by seeing your misfortune. I'm just gonna strap up the boots and keep marching through with my newly learned lessons.
Heck yeah man. They're actually Michelin Pilots which seem pretty good but they are to small, not enough meat for the beast. Once I get her back definately going to be a lot easier on these tires which are going to become my winter tires. Next summer I really hope to have the proper wheel and tire combo, but this may have set me back. Hopefully I can get a few side jobs to make my wheel & tire money.

I thought the michelin pilots were supposed to be the be all end all for performance all seasons? My friend has a 02 trans am and had the goodyears eagle f1 on it at first but then upgraded to the pilots, he said it was a night and day difference. the michelins feel like suction cups to the goodyears. i was planning to get the pilots when my current hankook hr2 are finished but got a steal on some SS rims with almost new tires on them, if you want to get rid of your michelins let me know
