Default abs inop light stays on

anyone know what wheels sensor might be causing this to stay on? I went through the car wash the other day and the brake light traction control light was blinking like crazy..the funny thing is it always happens when the water shoots at the front end of my car, Im trying to narrow whats causing the abs inop light to stay on

Mine stays on all the time. And the brake light. Same thing in my 92 cavalier. Must be a Chevy thing.

Since you pinpointed the reaction to the front, start looking there. It appears as though you may have a split/cracked wire, or a connector with a bad seal, where water is getting in and causing a short. Check the condition of the ABS wires, and unplug any of the connectors, clean and dry them, and put back together after giving them a dab of dielectric grease.

There is one at each front wheel and another one in the differential.

front wheel sensor wire harness leads are a common fail point. they go from the wheel hub to the fender area and take the most abuse.
