Hey guys, I have a 99 Z28 with the stock 16" wheels and Im looking at a set of 17" Z06 replica wheels with 275/40r17's all the way around. I want to know if these will fit front and rear without any trouble. The offset reads 17x9.5" wheels: +38mm (6.75" back spacing). Thanks for any help

 

They will fit no problem! One of my friends has the ZO6 wheels on his Z, and they look amazing! Same size tires too. Get them!!!

 

Is this the right backspace I want? Haven't had the car too long. Just can't have another one like it in my town

 

Usually any Corvette replica wheel is going to have no problems fitting our cars. That is the tire size that I run as well and I have had no issues with rubbing. That's actually the stock size for SS wheels.

 

I dont think that is the wright back spacing. Wheels measurments are usualy, wheel dia, width, and offset. I looked at some suppliers for z wheels that fitt the f-body. 9.5 dia wheels have a 54mm offset. I used this with some online wheel calculators. That 38mm backspacing is not close to what I got. may have done something wrong. I would investigate more before purchasing. I dont like any wheel that sticks out from the body.

 

Yeah thats what I need to know. I figured someone on here can help me. Whats the backspace on the 17" SS wheels?

 

Anybody? I just want to make sure they will fit under the car and not be sticking out.
