Ac pump is new.it does it a little when ac is off. Also the idler bounces a lot while the car is running. I know another issue that started recently the alternator will quit charging with ac on for a sec.when I kick on the ac it will quit charging for a sec and then slowly the volts will rise.i put a meter on it that’s how I know that.with the lights and ac on it’s not pretty.it does not like it at all at idle.

clean all your battery connections. battery posts, battery cable ends, wire ends at the alternator, maybe pull the wires off the power junction and wire brush the heck outa them too, should have a red plastic cover on it. your tensoner may be starting to go letting the belt slip. if its jumping something is not right. have you removed the belt and spun the idler, tensioner and alternator to see if they is unhappy.

Once the RPMs fall below a certain value the alternator stops outputting any real amps. This sounds like an Idle.

What codes are you getting? if a vacuum switch is leaking and cause the EGR to open at idle that would explain everything.

If you have a new non-stock Cam the car will need tuned. The stock tune may work in some cases but I have never seen a Cam change not have any effect on the tune. Also with a tune you could wake up the motor.

Do all those codes set instantly or do they take time? Which one is first? that is the one you need to track down. PCMs don't throw codes if everything is working unless the PCM itself is fried.
