I've got 98 z28 and the turnsignals and wipers stop working until the vehicle is turned off and restarted. In other words you'll signal to turn and it won't light up or glad and also the wipers don't work either. As soon as you restart the car the wipers and signals work perfectly. It happens only occasionally. Any thoughts on what to check? Car has 69k and is clean.

You will need to grab a manual from the manual section at the bottom of the main page. I would suspect the BCM since a reset seems to fix it.
