Default 98 V6; leaking from T-Tops or windows? Videos?

My car has been in a wreck before, and I can tell that the passenger side door sits just slightly low (which is too low), so I'm thinking a new door hinge should take care of that.

But, when it rains, my car leaks! I can't tell if it's coming in from the t-tops or the top part part of the windows. On the passenger side, the window doesn't fully place itself in the weather strip, so it would be easy to say that that's where the problem is occurring. But the water only comes through in on the area where the two plastic interior pieces come together at the top (almost above your head).

It's the same on the driver's side, except the window sets perfectly in the weather strip. I just can't figure out how the water is getting in from there.

I know I need to have my passenger door reset, but do I need to replace the weather stripping as well on both sides? What about on the tops?

Has anyone else had problems with them leaking in general?

Also, does anyone know of a site that has videos of people repairing or modding their cars? I've looked all over youtube and I can't find much on this style of Camaro.

Thanks in advance.

Vaseline? Nope, never thought of that. Thanks for the attachments though, looks like I'll have to do some dissecting.
