Question How to fix leaking T-tops

I figured there'd be a post about this already since it seems to be a common issue, i searched for one but i couldnt find one so if there is one sorry for posting the same thing again, just please point me in the direction of that post

My t-tops are leaking, mainly on the drivers side, The weatherstripping is not in bad condition at all, its practically new but it still leaks for some reason and pretty badly. I was curious if there is a way to fix the leaking without putting whole new weatherstripping on it, just some way to close the gap where its leaking (between the windshield and t-top), any hints/tips/suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

Weather stripping is not bad in your opinion, well the T-tops leak so what is that telling you?? 17 year old car & weather stripping needs replaciement or wear a rain hat.

the best option ive heard of (at least for 4th gens) is just replacing the t-top. mine leaks as well, i may try messing around with it to see if i can figure something out.

Everyone I found this article about this very problem that some of you may find useful, I haven't tried it yet but I'm going to try some things from it later and see how it goes.

The front and rear t-top pin receivers (in the roof) are adjustable. You need to pop off the trim panels, slightly loosen the two screws that holds each receiver, tap it down a little with a drift and hammer, and re-tighten the screws. Doing that will pinch the top seals tighter to the roof.

i adjusted them like you said and the t-tops are now nice and snug against the weather stripping, i havent had a chance to test it yet but i think that should solve the leaking problem, thanks man

edit: it DID solve the leaking problem, thanks again
