i have a 98 v6 w/ just over 150000 miles.... when i change gears and give it gas my shifter will rattle all they way till i get in fifth gear, it wont shake in Neutral or in fifth for the most part and some time it shakes so much you can feel it in the seats....help plz

 

check your u joints and trans mount. whens the last time the tires were rotated, balanced?

 

which joints and idk i brought the car in aug and was going to get the tires balanced in mid dec

 

universal joints on the drive shaft. if you have a two piece driveshaft you also need to check the carrier bearing. its between the two shafts and holds them up in the center.

 

First thing I would check is your trans-mount, as Craby said...
