My roommate and I had just replaced the fuel filter and pump, ignition coils and icm and it runs great and drives fine we hooked it up to a scanner and everything was reading normal but when u start it and let it sit in park it'll bounce from around 800 rpm down and tries to die. It has never happened when I was at a light or anything like that just after startup.

 

Could be a lot of things. EGR valve leaking or the ICM just being lazy when its cold. You could also try disconnecting the MASS Flow sensor before you start the car as a test..

 

I just hooked up a obd2 sensor and p1404 popped up which is for the egr valve so I'm gonna check that and also whenever I go to start the car I always have to give it a lil gas to get it up and going.
