96 camaro window & radio don't work
#13
You can also try this two links. I wrote these two guides then I had the same problem with radio, windows etc. A new BCM was the trick. BUT remember that you have to recode your remote controls after replacing the BMC. Text in Swedish but you can perhaps have some help of the pix and translate using Google translator, if needed. Good luck!
How to replace BMC: Del 6 Byte av Body Control Module
How to program remote controls after replacing BMC: Del 4 Programering av fjärrlås

Just fixed mine a couple weeks ago. Paid my brother 25 to pull out the BCM and put it back in, ( i did the soldering) Heres what we did.
Remove Glove box.
Remove kick panel,
remove plate underneath glove box. (where your toes point when your sitting there)
(nows probably a good time to plug in your soldering iron)
He then slowly removed the BCM by pulling it down (wiring harnesses connected)
towards the floor. From there its simple to pull the Integrated Body Control Module off of its harnesses and into a more comfortable work environment.
From there, i took the plastic casing off of it and finally got to see the culprit. One tiny crack on one of the five points of that pesky relay. I used just a drop of Kester no-clean clear flux. (THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT STEP, flux is important) Heated the joint on one side, and added some fresh new solder on the other side.
Never failed me again.
