Right shock rear keeps blowing out

Probably needs new springs or something is missing/damaged or not hooked up,torque arm,lower control arm,panhard bar,sway bar is it all there and tight?

How are your bump stops? I have replaced 3 or 4 since i have owned my 94. The bump stops protect the frame from hitting the rear axle on really bumpy roads.
