Default 95 Trans am vs. 98 Camaro?

Trans am has, Cold air intake, MSD ignition, Cat back exhaust, 500 shift kit, Chipped. Saddly LT1... (Now he claims to have Aluminum headers put on like the LS1... idk if that possiple)

Camaro has, Flowmaster, and cold air intake, Automatic. LS1.

Who would win in a quarter mile drag, half-mile.. you get the point.

I seen ls1s lose to stock lt1s just because some people don't know how to race

tough call...i would favor the ls1, but there are a lot of other things to consider. Mileage, interior condition, body, etc...

How much do you think mileage affects a car? mine has 145k and seems faster then my dads 99 T/A With 90k with the same mods. just lid and exhaust

Mileage is not a bad thing. It's all about how it was cared for. I have over 200k and my car rides and performs a lot better than most other 3.8 with less. Then again I don't cheap out on parts.

The race would be pretty close and a toss up depending on the driver. If I was racing against an old buddy of mine I would win in either car. he didnt know how to shift, and would over revv the car and shift well past the prime shift point. I beat him quite a few times because of that.
