Exclamation 95 Camaro V6 Engine Problems, Need Help Please.

Okay so I have a 1995 Camaro 3.4L V6 and lately I'v been having some engine problems I need some help with, from an experienced mechanic or someone who knows what they are talking about because an 18 year old kid is lost right now lol. It has 149,000 miles on it.

Here's whats up.

1. The car is really hard to start after its been sitting all night. I have to pump the gas excessively almost as if Im trying to purposely flood the motor

2. After a bunch of cranking, the engine finally starts and then idles very rough and stalls.

3. The check engine light comes on and off repeatably and the trouble code reads something like rich right bank.

4. When I first take off, the car will stall and idle rough and it feels almost like there is drag on the engine, like I'm pulling a small trailor or something.

5. Feels like the engine is like starving for air or fuel or something. It sputters on acceleration.

6. Im also getting poor fuel economy of 15-16 miles a gallon, which sucks when you don't even got a V8.

7. Sometimes the engine will run great for a short amount of time and then will run ****ty again. It like goes on and off which makes me wonder if its electrical.

If anyone can throw me any ideas, it would mean the world to me and would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! The Chilton's manual isn't helping that much now lol.

I replaced so far:

The EGR valve
Water pump
Thermostat
Spark Plugs and Wires
PCV Valve
Fuel Filter

Do you have any wires that are touching manifolds? Do you have any sensor wires that need cleaned at the connection or are grounding out against anything? Any vac leaks?

What did the plugs you took out look like? How is the fuel pressure and the injector spray pattern look like? Did this start before you added all the above parts or did it start after you added the above parts?

FYI you can pump the thorttle till the cows come home you will not add fuel to the engine until the motor is turning over. If you are pumping while its turning over all you are doing is adding air and fuel together and driving the IAC motor crazy. You can not flood a functioning system.

Well the last time I changed the plugs there was white residue on the plug tips. Im not sure about the injector spray pattern.I wonder about the IAC or fuel pressure regulator or oxygen sensors.I can't afford to guess and check though lol
