Default 95 3.4 Starts n runs great but once you shut er down she wont start again for a hr

We have a 95 T Top Camaro with the 3.4 It starts and runs great but once you shut er down she wont start for a hour or two. You have to pump and hold the brake to get it to start in the begining at all. No matter what it will not start without primming the brake. runs damn good tho. ran rich until we replaced fuel pressure regulator. has new coil packs tune up didnt fix er idle air control didnt fix er throttle positionin didnt fix it crank didnt fix it. im thinkin cpu

WEll the brake pumping and the restart problem was indeed the computer. but once it started it ran great we shut it off started it back up 3 or 4 times n everytime after that i ran worse and worse and started missin horribly. before the computer adjusted correctly it did run extremly rich so tomorrow we are changin the plugs n the icm along with another tps. all the parts are free for the most part gotta love u pull its.
