Default 95 3.4 idling high

Alright so I bought my 95 back in august it had been sitting for about a year or two it wouldn't run right wouldn't go over thirty wouldn't shift right sounded horrible...since I've had it i pulled the catalytic converter and emptied it cleaned out the muffler that got it back to running condition changed the oil I replaced all the plugs and wires had a bit of a over heating problem so I replaced the thermostat and coolant temp sensor flushed the radiator and serpentine belt now I have an idling issue I replaced the iac valve it got worse and is now back to idling showing 1.5 on the rpm gauge the plugs on the right side of the motor behind the alternator were changed when my buddy and I did the thermostat and coolant temp sensor and serpentine belt not sure why its idling high oh yeah and its pulling more than normal like if I'm on a flat stretch it will accelerate by itself and it's harder to stop

You check for a vacuum leak? I had to replace my intake manifold gasket...while i was at it i also replaced my fuel injectors that were dayum near rusted all the way through. Also check around the brake booster.
