Default 94 V6 Running bad

My car runs rough sometimes, mostly at idle and after I take off from a stop. It acts like its not getting enough gas or something. But once I get going it seems to clear up after a bit. And sometimes when I'm at a stop it seems like it wants to jump as if I gave it a little gas while holding the brake. I was just wondering if anyone has experienced something like this before? I am thinking clogged fuel pump?, fuel filter?, misfire? I'm not getting any check engine light at all when it does this either.

Replace the fuel pump and filter. I did that and my doesnt run rough anymore. Apparently the previous owner thought it would be smart to leave the same fuel pump and filter on for 12 years... jacka$$..

12 years on a fuel pump is not a big deal as long as it is still working. Fuel filter should be replaced as part of a normal tuneup. Based on your description it could be fuel pump or a bad injector or even a clogged or slow IAC motor a stuck or not sealing EGR valve. I could go on but you get the point. You should always start these driveablity issues with making sure all the routine maintenance is up to date (plug, wires, filters) Do fuel pressure test and check for codes then get back to us if you still have the issue.

Thanks for the input guys. I think I solved my problem a little earlier. I noticed when I checked my plug wires, the one in the back on the drivers side was loose/not connected. I pulled the boot off and made sure the plug was on securely. I ran to town and back (8-10 miles) and didn't have a bit of problem. I just hope that was the problem and not just a fluke.
